Shipping & Delivery
Singapore delivery
We offer FREE standard delivery on every order within Singapore. The delivery time for standard delivery is 2-3 working days, following receipt of the e-mail with the delivery confirmation. Please leave a contact number on your order confirmation for ease of delivery or rescheduling.
International delivery
For international deliveries, Ashepa Lifestyle uses standard delivery which means that, depending on your location, you should receive the Products within 6-12 working days following receipt of the e-mail with the delivery confirmation. The delivery costs will be shown upon your check-out.
Order tracking
You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped out and will receive a code so you can track your parcel. If you have any questions about your order please feel free to email us on customerservice@ashepa.com
Exchanges & Refunds
Returning an item
A product purchased on Ashepa may be returned within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you'd like to request a return, please email us at info@ashepa.com with subject title 'RETURN'
Please complete the return by including the receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item. A product that has been worn or is damaged, soiled, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
Please note, we cannot refund jewellery for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once your returned product has been checked, Ashepa will send you an e-mail letting you know if the product has been accepted.
Ashepa will then proceed with either refunding your money or allowing you to purchase a substitute product. In case of a refund, a SGD 6.00 return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount if the refunded item(s) benefitted from free shipping.
Please note that your shipping and return fees are non-refundable.
Can I return sale products?
Only the sales price of regular priced product will be refunded upon return. The purchase of a discounted product constitutes a final purchase and no refund or exchange will be permitted in relation to such sale product (unless the item is proven to be faulty).
Exchanges
Ashepa will replace a defective or damaged product. If you need to exchange a product, please e-mail a photo of the product to customerservice@ashepa.com along with a description of the defect or damage.
