SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY METHOD

Unless Ashepa Lifestyle informs you otherwise in the Order Confirmation, the purchased Products will be delivered through Singapore Post. 

 

DOMESTIC DELIVERIES

For domestic deliveries in Singapore, Ashepa Lifestyle offers free standard delivery on every order. The delivery time for standard delivery is 1-3 working days. Therefore, you should receive the purchased Products within 1-3 working days following receipt of the e-mail with the delivery confirmation.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For international deliveries, Ashepa Lifestyle uses standard delivery which means that, depending on your location, you should receive the Products within 6-12 working days following receipt of the e-mail with the delivery confirmation. The delivery costs will be shown upon your check-out. 

 

RETURNS

A Product purchased on www.ashepa.com may be returned within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of the Product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please complete the return by including the receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item. A Product that has been worn or is damaged, soiled, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. 

 

REFUND

Once your returned Product has been checked, Ashepa Lifestyle will send you an e-mail letting you know if the Product has been accepted.

Ashepa Lifestyle will then proceed with either refunding your money or allowing you to purchase a substitute Product. In case of a refund, a SGD 6.00 return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount if the refunded item(s) benefitted from free shipping.

Please note that your shipping and return fees are non-refundable.

 

SALE PRODUCTS

Only the sales price of regular priced Product will be refunded upon return. The purchase of a discounted Product constitutes a final purchase and no refund or exchange will be permitted in relation to such sale Product.

 

EXCHANGE

Ashepa Lifestyle will replace a defective or damaged Product. If you need to exchange a Product, please e-mail a photo of the Product to customerservice@ashepa.com along with a description of the defect or damage. Please also provide the original receipt.
