If you're having a craving and short on time, make these healthy and totally scrumptious pancakes!
Drizzle Maple Syrup over your favourite choice of sliced fruits likes strawberry, raspberry, blueberries.
Add all your dry ingredients to a bowl and mix. In another bowl mash your banana and then add in your plant based mylk & flax egg and stir to combine. Pour the mylk and banana mix into your dry ingredients and mix gently (don’t overmix!). You should have a relatively thick batter. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before cooking your pancakes on low heat. If you like a thick pancake, the lower the heat the better, otherwise you will have uncooked batter in the middle. However, if you are in a hurry, just make your batter slightly runnier and cook at a moderate heat. I used light olive oil to cook mine but you can also use coconut oil.

Step 2 - Place your ring so that the black circle is exactly touching the inside of your ring. This will give you your correct ring sizing.
